About The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber, self-driven AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Non-Compute) to spearhead the design, optimization, and scaling of our core data, messaging, and security platforms.

This role focuses on the critical architectural layer driving the reliability, efficiency, and security of our cloud data fabric. You should possess exceptional analytical acumen and a relentless drive for root-cause problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Build declarative infrastructure blueprints exclusively using Terraform.
• Develop resilient Python automation scripts and utility tools.
• Architect and optimize high-throughput ingestion streams and serverless analytics workflows.
• Design decoupled, event-driven messaging architectures using pub/sub and event-routing mechanisms.
• Manage relational, graph, and caching databases with focus on HA, replication, and cost optimization.
• Enforce zero-trust cloud security standards across AWS services.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5 6 years of AWS experience focused on data engineering, platform, and security services.
• Strong experience building event-driven, streaming, and batch data pipelines on AWS.
• Proficiency with Aurora and graph databases using enterprise standards.
• Experience with AWS Agent Core preferred.
• Strong understanding of encryption at rest and in transit using KMS and Secrets Manager.
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation for provisioning and automation.
• Hands-on experience with IAM Identity Center, SCPs, and permission set management.
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, AWS Config rules, and Detective investigations.
• AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional preferred.
