We serve jewelry stores, coaching institutes, real estate professionals, healthcare clinics, and MSMEs across India. Our sweet spot is Tier 2 and Tier 3 businesses that need agency-level support at SaaS pricing.

Role Overview

You are the first BotlinQ voice prospects hear. Your job is to identify the right MSMEs across CG, MP, and Vidarbha, reach out across WhatsApp, calls, and LinkedIn, qualify their fit against our verticals, and book demos for our closing team. You don't sell the product — you find the businesses that should buy it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads against vertical fit (jewellery, coaching, real estate, healthcare, enterprise) and budget readiness
  • Book demos on the closing team's calendar with verified intent and discovery notes
  • Maintain target cadence: 60–80 outbound touches/day, 8–12 qualified demos booked/week
  • Update Zoho CRM after every interaction — status, qualification notes, next action
  • Coordinate demo timing with the field closer's travel plan across CG and Vidarbha

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of inside sales, telesales, or BDR experience — B2B SaaS, fintech, edtech, or insurance preferred
  • Hindi fluency mandatory; basic Marathi understanding is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Sharp written communication for WhatsApp and email
  • Process-disciplined and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing exposure to MSME segments — jewellery, coaching, real estate, healthcare
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models or AI automation tools
