About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Trainee with a strong technical foundation who is eager to start their career in the advertising industry.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who:
- Has a solid tech background
- Is comfortable working with data and systems
- Understands basic website and digital workflows
- Is confident interacting with clients and internal teams
You will support campaign execution, data tracking, process management, and cross-team coordination—ensuring smooth operations across digital projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in managing digital marketing projects from client brief to final delivery.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, Media, Performance, and Client Servicing teams.
- Ensure campaigns are executed as per timelines and quality standards.
- Support daily task tracking and status reporting.
2. Digital Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in execution across social media, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and content projects.
- Coordinate assets such as creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and tracking links.
- Support campaign setup processes and ensure smooth internal handovers.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Create and maintain campaign trackers, budget sheets, and MIS reports.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables) to analyze and summarize data.
- Assist in preparing performance dashboards and client reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as timelines, budgets, and campaign performance metrics.
4. Tech & Website Coordination
- Support basic website and landing page coordination.
- Understand website structure, deployment basics, and tracking integrations.
- Coordinate updates with developers or internal tech teams.
- Use GitHub for version control, collaboration, and documentation (if required).
- Assist in tracking implementation (pixels, forms, analytics basics).
5. Client Interaction & Communication
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings.
- Share updates, track feedback, and ensure action points are completed.
- Maintain professional communication with clients regarding execution timelines.
- Help manage expectations through structured follow-ups and documentation.
6. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Support documentation of SOPs and internal workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Help streamline communication between departments.
- Ensure consistency in execution and reporting standards.
Skills & QualificationsEducational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Applications, Business, or related field (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, etc.).
- Strong technical foundation preferred.
Core Skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, structured reporting).
- Analytical mindset with comfort in handling data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of client interaction and professional communication.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of GitHub (repositories, collaboration, version control basics).
- Basic website development knowledge (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar).
- Understanding of website deployment and digital workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools) is a plus.
