NKlusive is an exclusive intermediary of NK Realtors dealing in Premium & Luxury Homes.
As a Tech Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software and networking issues.
- Install, configure and maintain systems, printers and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Manage network connectivity and assist with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement as needed.
- IT Asset Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.
- Work Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking and operating systems.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Self-driven, disciplined, punctual, excellent time management and understanding of computer hardware, networking and operating systems.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
