As a Tech Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Install, configure and maintain systems, printers and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Manage network connectivity and assist with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement as needed.
• IT Asset Management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.
• Work Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking and operating systems.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Self-driven, disciplined, punctual, excellent time management and understanding of computer hardware, networking and operating systems.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Salary & Compensation:

As per Industry Standard + Incentives, PF, Statutory Bonus, Medical Benefits & Travel.
