Job Description: Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to own our brand’s presence across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, drives high-quality traffic, and fosters a loyal community. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social trends but understands that every post must ultimately support the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of high-quality assets (video, graphics, and copy) tailored for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews to build brand advocacy.
  • Paid Social: Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI and reach specific target demographics.
  • Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of platform algorithm changes, emerging technologies (AI tools), and viral trends to keep the brand relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: [3-5] years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the [Industry Name] sector.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Soft Skills:
  • Copywriting: Ability to shift tone of voice between professional (LinkedIn) and playful (TikTok).
  • Agility: Ability to react quickly to "breaking" internet trends while maintaining brand standards.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars and multi-channel campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
