Job Role:

We are looking for Graphic Designers who can easily interpret vague & unclear ideas. We are a perfect match if you believe design is not some buttons in photoshop. As a graphic designer, you will put your eye for design to create beautiful images and compelling marketing collaterals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to develop new approaches for creating expressive and impactful graphics
• Establish creative direction within defined brand guidelines
• Implement feedback and iterate designs efficiently
• Conceptualize and design digital ads, branding materials, emailers, infographics, and web banners
• Apply a user-centered design approach and continuously test and improve designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Stay updated with design trends and proactively contribute innovative ideas
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and design workflows
• Create strong visual storytelling elements that communicate brand messaging effectively

Skills Required:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for design and content creation
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities
• Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
