Junior Graphic Designer + Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer + Video Editor who is passionate about visual storytelling and stays updated with the latest AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging designs and videos across digital and print platforms while leveraging AI to enhance creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website banners, WhatsApp marketing, and print collaterals.
• Create and edit videos including reels, promotional videos, product showcases, and brand films.
• Develop motion graphics, transitions, and animations for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create product presentations, brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, visual references, scripts, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies.
• Organize and maintain creative files and assets efficiently.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

Design Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW (CDR)
• Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

Video & Motion Graphics

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects

AI Tools

• ChatGPT
• Midjourney
• Flow (Google Flow or equivalent AI video tools)
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation and image/video generation tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, video editing, and motion graphics work.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
