Role Description The Sr. Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visual concepts, brand identities, and marketing collateral across print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and key brand assets, designing social media and web graphics, preparing artwork for printing, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to support integrated campaigns. The role involves guiding junior designers, reviewing and refining design work, and presenting concepts and design rationales to internal stakeholders and clients. The Sr. Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the visual quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating visually compelling layouts across print and digital media.
• Candidates should possess Logo Design and Branding skills to develop cohesive brand identities and marketing assets.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure legible, aesthetically balanced, and on-brand text treatments.
• Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or similar) and have experience preparing files for print and web.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns across multiple industries.
• Candidates should have excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience mentoring designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, web, and content), and working within agency or consultancy environments is beneficial.
