Job Description
- Manage core OTC pillars including Credit Management, Dispute & Deduction Management, and Trade Spend (Claims, Rebates, and Incentives) while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Teams, and Shared Services.
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyse and reconcile financial data related to customer payments, invoices, and credit management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational workflows.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and global teams in a multi-country setup
- Opportunity to lead process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives
- Strong exposure to FMCG commercial processes (trade spend, promotions, rebates)
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr Analyst - OTC should have:
- 3-8 years experience in OTC (FMCG / Manufacturing mandatory)
- Strong in dispute resolution, AR, trade spend & financial controls
- Experience working in shared services / global setups
- Good with SAP / HighRadius / OTC tools
