Job Description

• Provide support across retail, supply chain, manufacturing, and franchise operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and business alignment.
• Serve as the primary legal advisor, managing contracts (drafting, review, execution) and administering CLM systems and digital signature platforms.
• Build and maintain contract clause repositories, legal templates, and IP/case records while driving automation of legal processes and checklists.
• Oversee litigation and case management, including tracking disputes, maintaining compliance calendars, and preparing legal MIS reports.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives, including board matters, legal audits, DPDP compliance, data privacy risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
• Advise on employee relations matters, independently handling disciplinary actions and resolving disputes in coordination with HR and business teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the retail/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in managing disputes and external legal counsel.
• Extensive experience with global contracts and DPDP compliance.
