Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR partner to Commercial and Corporate leaders, advising on organisation effectiveness, performance management.
- Own the Country Talent Management agenda (excluding Talent Acquisition), including talent reviews, succession planning, high potential development, and leadership capability building
- Serve as the Country DEI champion, driving inclusion initiatives aligned to regional priorities
- Liaise closely with the Regional Commercial HR Partner and support rollout of regional and global HR initiatives
- Translate employee life cycle data to insights for action
