Job Description

The Business Development Director will be responsible for:

• Driving national business development strategy across key verticals
• Building and maintaining client relationships to secure new opportunities
• Identifying and penetrating emerging markets (industrial, multifamily, etc.)
• Collaborating with operations and leadership on pursuit strategy
• Traveling nationally (25-50%) to support market engagement and growth
• Supporting pipeline development for large-scale projects ($50M+)
