Position Overview
Join Team CARFAX as a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst. At CARFAX, we help millions of consumers make more informed decisions every day. Our marketing team drives real-time, impactful solutions that support long‐term strategic goals in the automotive industry. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to drive insights, optimize product performance, and support strategic decision-making. Please note, this position requires 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data, market insights, and analytical tools to identify new opportunities that enhance ROI.
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, funnel performance, and conversions to generate proactive insights that improve business value and user experience.
- Serve as the data evangelist by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to convey data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and lead decision-making through robust data practices.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, campaigns, and site changes, taking initiative to address problems and opportunities.
- Develop and implement measurement plans and frameworks based on detailed data analysis to support enterprise strategies.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and implement innovative solutions while mentoring team members on data best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to deliver ROI opportunities to senior management and cross-functional teams (Product, Paid Media, Email Marketing, UX/Design, etc.).
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals through metric-based management.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong business acumen.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data storytelling.
- Critical thinker who can create digestible, actionable data frameworks and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Proven track record in problem solving and offering strategic recommendations/solutions.
- Advanced skills in compiling data from multiple sources and visualizing insights. (Experience building business models and statistical analysis is a plus.)
- Proficient with SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience in data collection architecture and design (Data Layer, Pixels, CDP, DMP, MDM, Website Governance and Compliance Technology).
- Solid understanding of the digital analytics process from strategy to tagging/implementation to reporting.
