Job Description
In this role as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the SaaS/CRM industry, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving account expansion, ensuring customer success, and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Account Management & Growth:**
- Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
- Develop account retention and adoption strategies
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, and decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on sales automation best practices
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- **Revenue Ownership:**
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
- **Collaboration & Execution:**
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams
- Align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap
- **Customer Success & Adoption:**
- Drive product adoption and usage within accounts
- Monitor key metrics and ensure clients derive maximum value
- **Strategic Insights:**
- Gather market and customer feedback to influence product improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management/CSM (preferably in SaaS, CRM, or sales automation platforms)
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to engage with senior leadership (CXO-level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
