Job Description

In this role as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the SaaS/CRM industry, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving account expansion, ensuring customer success, and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Account Management & Growth:**
  • Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
  • Develop account retention and adoption strategies
  • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on sales automation best practices
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • **Revenue Ownership:**
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
  • **Collaboration & Execution:**
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams
  • Align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap
  • **Customer Success & Adoption:**
  • Drive product adoption and usage within accounts
  • Monitor key metrics and ensure clients derive maximum value
  • **Strategic Insights:**
  • Gather market and customer feedback to influence product improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management/CSM (preferably in SaaS, CRM, or sales automation platforms)
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership (CXO-level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
