Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert who can own end-to-end digital acquisition and scale campaigns across platforms. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, platform expertise, and a growth mindset to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and ROI improvement through performance campaigns.
- Own campaign strategy, including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Continuously improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies and landing pages.
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models.
- Run experiments across new channels, audiences, and growth strategies.
- Build and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
