We are looking for an experienced Creative Graphic Designer who have a strong understanding of both the visual and storytelling aspects of content creation, with the ability to create engaging and high-performing digital content.

📍 Location: Park Street, Kolkata, India

📅 Availability: In-office/Hybrid

Paid: Stipend will be decided based on portfolio/experience

Role Description

This is a Contract-based hybrid role for a Creative Graphic Designer, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The role involves creating and editing engaging motion graphics, videos, and photos to supportive brand's branding and marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and creating graphics, working on branding materials, editing promotional videos, refining images, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Skills Required:

• Strong photo and video editing skills, with knowledge of tools and techniques for creating dynamic content
• Creating Motion graphic or animated videos.
• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Branding and Logo Design to maintain and enhance brand identity
• Experience with Web Design to ensure cohesive visual representation across digital platforms
• Strong photo and video editing skills, with knowledge of tools and techniques for creating dynamic content
• Experience with relevant design and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative and innovative mindset
• A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, reels, ads, etc.)
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, including cuts, transitions, sound, and basic color correction
• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop (retouching, color correction, background edits, etc.)
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual content
• Collaborate on content ideas and contribute creatively to improve overall social media presence
• Manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously and deliver within timelines
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and marketing goals
