Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager (CA Qualified) to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Finalization of accounts, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
• Handle audits (Internal & External) and liaise with auditors
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and forecasts for management
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Compliance
• Expertise in Tally / ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
