Key Responsibilities 🔹 Accounting
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal, and ledger
- Manage GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records
- Assist in financial reporting and documentation
🔹 Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate dispatch of goods and materials
- Prepare invoices, challans, and e-way bills
- Manage transporter coordination and shipment tracking
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
🧾 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply if strong basics)
- Knowledge of GST, billing, and accounting processes
- Familiarity with Tally/accounting software
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good coordination and communication skills
