Hiring: Paid Media & Performance Marketing Analyst
Remote | India
US Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST
A fast-growing New York-based marketing agency working with leading medical, healthcare, and wellness clinics is looking for a Paid Media & Performance Marketing Analyst to join the team.
This is not just a campaign management role.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands performance marketing — someone who can optimize campaigns, analyze numbers deeply, identify trends quickly, and turn data into actionable growth strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Pull, analyze, and interpret campaign data to identify opportunities for scaling and optimization
- Build detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders and clients
- Track budgets, campaign pacing, and overall media efficiency
- Conduct ongoing analysis of audience behavior, campaign trends, and conversion performance
- Collaborate closely with creative, operations, and strategy teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Drive data-backed recommendations that improve lead quality and overall ROI
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities — comfortable pulling numbers and making decisions from data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, analysis)
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and high ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-moving remote environment
- Comfortable working US business hours
