About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused professional who can manage and scale our Meta advertising ecosystem while building data-driven automation frameworks. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads management, campaign optimization, budget allocation, performance analysis, data automation, Google Apps Script, and the practical application of AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working with advertising platforms, spreadsheets, automation workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Upload and maintain ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability targets
- Track and improve funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Budget Planning & Optimization
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets
- Allocate budgets across campaigns based on performance insights
- Forecast spend, revenue, and return metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and reduce acquisition costs
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports for marketing performance tracking
- Analyze campaign, customer, and revenue data to generate actionable insights
- Develop automated reporting frameworks using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and related tools
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams
Data Automation & Process Improvement
- Automate repetitive marketing and reporting workflows
- Develop and maintain Google Apps Script solutions
- Integrate data from Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM, and other platforms
- Build automated alert systems and performance monitoring tools
- Reduce manual effort through workflow automation and API integrations
AI & Marketing Technology
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve marketing performance
- Use AI for campaign analysis, audience insights, creative testing, reporting, forecasting, and workflow automation
- Explore LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation platforms to improve team productivity
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve decision-making and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, growth, e-commerce, and technology teams
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives
- Support experimentation and growth initiatives through data-backed recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Meta Ads management.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building automated reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script.
- Experience with marketing data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute solutions.
