Role Overview
Were a growing agency working with companies across the UK, EU, and US, and were looking for a motion graphicsfirst creator who can craft visually engaging, high-quality content with strong storytelling and editing capabilities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine motion design with video editing to produce compelling short-form content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics including animated text, transitions, and visual effects
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, ads) with strong pacing and storytelling
- Bring static content to life using motion design to improve engagement and retention
- Maintain consistency across different brand styles and industries
- Add captions, sound design, and visual enhancements
- Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions
- Deliver content quickly while maintaining high quality
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics (primary) + video editing
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects (core requirement)
- Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Strong sense of animation, design, and timing
- Ability to create original motion graphics (not template-heavy)
- Understanding of short-form content and audience retention
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
