Role Overview

Were a growing agency working with companies across the UK, EU, and US, and were looking for a motion graphicsfirst creator who can craft visually engaging, high-quality content with strong storytelling and editing capabilities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine motion design with video editing to produce compelling short-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics including animated text, transitions, and visual effects
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, ads) with strong pacing and storytelling
• Bring static content to life using motion design to improve engagement and retention
• Maintain consistency across different brand styles and industries
• Add captions, sound design, and visual enhancements
• Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions
• Deliver content quickly while maintaining high quality

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics (primary) + video editing
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects (core requirement)
• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Strong sense of animation, design, and timing
• Ability to create original motion graphics (not template-heavy)
• Understanding of short-form content and audience retention
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
