Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and client account management within an agency environment.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and highly communicative, capable of managing multiple client campaigns while confidently handling client interactions and performance discussions.
This role requires someone who can own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimisation and reporting — while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple client accounts
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle — strategy, setup, execution, optimisation, and scaling
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven optimisation strategies
- Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights that improve ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel strategies
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies including lead generation, remarketing, and conversion optimisation
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Track campaign success against client KPIs and growth targets
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Coordinate landing page builds, creative assets, and tracking implementation
- Troubleshoot campaign performance or tracking issues proactively
Client Management Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client business goals and marketing objectives and translate them into performance strategies
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and optimisation plans clearly and confidently
- Handle client queries, feedback, and expectations professionally
- Participate in client calls, reporting meetings, and strategy discussions
- Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and measurable results

Required Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for multiple clients in an agency setup
- Track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
