M3C is in search of a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Microsoft Fabric Specialist.

The responsibilities of the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Microsoft Fabric Specialist are:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and analytical requirements;
• Design, build, and orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric;
• Develop, optimize, and maintain semantic models supporting enterprise analytics;
• Implement and govern Lakehouse architecture to ensure scalable and high-performing solutions;
• Write efficient and optimized DAX calculations for complex analytical scenarios;
• Perform SQL-based data transformations, validation, and performance tuning;
• Apply strong data modeling and data warehousing principles, including fact/dimension structures.

The requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field;
• + 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms;
• Bilingual English/French.
