This role is not suited for candidates solely focused on IT specialization. What your day-to-day will look like: Identify emerging issues and opportunities that support the branch’s strategic direction, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate work to address opportunities and drive continuous improvement to ensure branch business goals are met. Conduct data reviews and trend analysis to explain, interpret and provide customized information to teams and leadership. Identify data integrity issues and provide input on how to improve data processes. Prepare raw data and associated reporting for use in branch planning. Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests. Coordinate and fulfill high-priority requests from leadership and stakeholders. Contribute to enterprise projects and support subject matter experts. Support business continuity planning and operational readiness.
