Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The person in this role will support the design team by creating graphics for logos, brand assets, marketing materials, social media, and presentations. Daily tasks include interpreting briefs, developing visual concepts, refining layouts, and preparing files for digital and print use. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with senior designers and account teams, follow brand guidelines, and ensure design quality and consistency across all deliverables. This role also involves receiving and applying feedback, maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual solutions.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
• Understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Good time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
