Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Digital Brand Manager at eemos salon & academy. The Digital Brand Manager will oversee and implement branding strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns, and enhance the online presence of the academy. Responsibilities include creating content for social media, analyzing performance metrics, managing online advertising efforts, and ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and voice. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving brand awareness to expand the academy's reach to aspiring beauty professionals.

Qualifications

• Brand Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Digital Marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Content Creation, Storytelling, and Copywriting experience
• Data Analysis and Performance Reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media schedulers, and CRM tools
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the beauty or education industry is a plus
