Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Experience: 2 6 Years

Salary: 5 6 LPA

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities

Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis

Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions

Prepare and review MIS reports using Advanced Excel

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required

Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Journal Entries and Bookkeeping

Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable

Excellent command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

Good understanding of accounting principles

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with CA / CMA (Semi-qualified or Fully Qualified) will be preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
