Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Yavatmal. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online presence, and interacting with the online community. The role also involves analyzing performance data using web and social analytics tools, preparing campaign reports, and making data-driven recommendations. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, support events and initiatives with digital promotion, and ensure consistent branding across all online touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and compelling digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
