As a Communication Strategist in our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with business priorities, such as new single-family home community launches, construction milestones, model home openings, and buyer-related organizational initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring communication performance across homebuyers, realtors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders to adjust strategies based on residential construction trends and customer sentiment.
- Creating, editing, and publishing construction-focused content like press releases, community brochures, newsletters, project progress sheets, homeowner updates, leadership messages, and website copy that highlights floor plans, build stages, and community amenities.
- Proofreading and editing communication materials to ensure accuracy in construction timelines, specification details, compliance updates, warranty information, and maintaining brand consistency across all buyer-facing content.
- Supporting senior leadership with communication plans, announcements, and employee engagement messaging.
- Assisting in preparing crisis communication plans and managing urgent messaging related to construction delays, supply chain disruptions, inspection issues, safety incidents, and customer escalations to help mitigate reputational risk.
