Job Overview

We are importers and distributors of international/imported food and beverage products. We are looking for energetic and hardworking candidates for the role of Merchandiser & Sales Promoter to manage product displays, increase brand visibility, and promote sales at retail outlets and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail stores and supermarkets regularly.

Ensure proper product display, shelf placement, and stock visibility.

Promote company products and explain product features/offers to customers.

Increase sales through customer interaction and product promotion.

Maintain attractive displays and promotional materials in stores.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when required.

Build and maintain good relationships with retailers, store staff, and customers.

Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer responses with management.

Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns.

Submit daily visit, sales, and activity reports through the company system/app.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Presentable, active, and customer-friendly personality.

Ability to travel within assigned areas.

Basic smartphone/reporting knowledge.

Prior experience in merchandising, promotions, or FMCG sales preferred.

Additional Information

Training will be provided.

Candidates should be willing to work in the field and visit multiple outlets daily.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
