Job Description
The Maternal/Fetal Medicine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in women’s reproductive health to join our team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive care for high risk obstetric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to women during pregnancy.
- Educate, counsel, and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
- Assist with exams, procedures, and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
- Identify expected outcomes and anticipate potential adverse events, tailoring care to individual patient needs.
- Provide emergency care in accordance with escalation policies.
- Consider the needs and behaviors of patients based on age, cultural background, and individual circumstances.
- Independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including triaging and managing patient phone calls, advice, correspondence, and staff messages.
- Complete necessary documentation, including new OB history questionnaires and forms.
- Serve as an effective liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
