We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to support the Demand Generation organization. This role plays a critical part in accelerating pipeline growth, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening thought leadership across enterprise government, utility, and insurance markets.
The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, data-driven partner—owning digital strategy from planning through execution, navigating long and complex sales cycles, and translating technical payment and compliance concepts into compelling digital programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Results Driven
- Owns end-to-end digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, ABM platforms, and industry media to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Launches, monitors, and optimizes campaigns with a focus on lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue impact within long enterprise sales cycles.
- Tracks and analyzes performance across channels, using KPIs and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and recommend data-backed optimization strategies.
- Manages digital marketing budgets with discipline, ensuring strong ROI, efficient cost-per-lead metrics, and alignment to growth targets.
Customer-Centric
- Designs digital strategies tailored to enterprise buyers across government, utility, and insurance verticals, aligning messaging to the needs of CFOs, treasury leaders, billing operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Partners with product marketing to translate complex payment technology, compliance, and regulatory topics into clear, compelling digital content.
- Oversees the distribution of blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and solution briefs to ensure content resonates with priority verticals and buyer stages.
- Builds and executes targeted ABM digital ad campaigns across paid channels for named accounts, delivering personalized messaging to key buyers at each stage of the funnel.
Innovator
- Continuously experiments with channels, formats, testing strategies, and conversion optimization to improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Leverages intent data, personalization tools, and marketing automation to increase relevance and effectiveness across digital touchpoints.
- Applies AI and automation to enhance campaign optimization, performance analysis, and content experimentation—reducing manual effort while improving speed and precision of execution.
- Identifies and evaluates emerging digital tools and techniques to strengthen demand generation capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Takes Ownership
- Operates autonomously as the owner of digital marketing strategy and execution, from planning and launch through reporting and optimization.
- Builds strong cross-functional alignment with sales, product marketing, and leadership to ensure digital programs support enterprise sales motions.
- Develops and maintains reporting that clearly communicates marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Proactively identifies risks, gaps, and opportunities, adjusting programs to align with evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience driving demand generation across paid media, ABM platforms, and digital content channels.
- Experience marketing to government, utility, or insurance audiences strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and tie efforts to pipeline and revenue.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus), CRM systems (Salesforce), and MAPs (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).
- Ability to thrive in regulated environments with long and complex sales cycles.

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
