Job Description

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot, Kafka, and API development
Proven experience designing and building databases from the ground up to support new APIs
Hands-on experience working within Azure cloud environments
Solid understanding of how APIs integrate with mainframe systems
Prior experience within the banking or financial services industry (preferably Big 5 banks)
Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tool

Nice-to-Have

Experience in e-commerce or retail platforms
Exposure to shopping/cart/checkout systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Frontend familiarity (React, Angular) is a plus
