Role: Level 2 Application Support Analyst
Type: 6 month contract
Location: Onsite 5x/week in St. Jacobs, ON
Rate: $22-$25/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Analyst to join a leading retail organization and provide technical support for critical in-store applications and systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting escalated issues from Level 1 support, diagnosing software and hardware problems, supporting upgrades and testing initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service to retail store users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience in a customer-facing support environment, and a willingness to work on-site and participate in an after-hours support rotation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience with Level 2 support
- Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues
- Familiarity with Windows/SUSE Linux operating systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and ability to work flexible hours (either morning shift or afternoon shift) and overtime when required
- Great communication skills
