Power Platform Engineer

ust Haves:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience building enterprise solutions using Copilot Studio
• Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
• Experience with Copilot Studio Starter Kit
• Hands-on experience with AI Builder in real-world scenarios
• Strong understanding of governance and operating within a citizen development model
• Experience with Git-based ALM (GitLab and/or Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Plusses

• Support and evolve Power Platform governance in a federated model
• Contribute to environment strategy, DLP policies, security, and access controls
• Support ALM practices using managed solutions and CI/CD pipelines
• Leverage industry tooling such as the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
• Mentor developers and support citizen development enablement
• Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, custom connectors)
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
• Experience monitoring developers or leading enablement initiatives
