- Advanced hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience building enterprise solutions using Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit

- Hands-on experience with AI Builder in real-world scenarios
- Strong understanding of governance and operating within a citizen development model
- Experience with Git-based ALM (GitLab and/or Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Support and evolve Power Platform governance in a federated model
- Contribute to environment strategy, DLP policies, security, and access controls
- Support ALM practices using managed solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage industry tooling such as the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
- Mentor developers and support citizen development enablement
- Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, custom connectors)
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
