Job Description

We are seeking a Java Lead Developer to architect, secure, and scale high-throughput, resilient microservices for our core hospitality platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Tech Stack:

Architecture & Development: Design and scale high-TPS microservices using Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3, and GoF/SOLID patterns, optimizing with both standard and Reactive Programming (Mono/Flux).
Security & Compliance: Secure APIs at the API Gateway level and implement Symmetric/Asymmetric encryption to safeguard PII/PHI data payload transfers.
Data & Messaging: Optimize system performance using Kafka (managing topics, partitions, and consumer groups securely) alongside Redis and in-memory caching.
Cloud & DevOps: Architect and deploy workloads across AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda), building robust CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or Harness.
Resiliency & Observability: Implement rate-limiting (Token Bucket), fault tolerance (Circuit Breakers), and lead production troubleshooting using advanced logging and JVM tuning.
Innovation: Leverage AI/LLMs effectively within the development workflow to improve delivery velocity while managing technical limitations.
