This role involves engaging with users, resolving basic issues, and following up on availability and participation.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and existing users Handle basic customer support and resolve common issues Coordinate with users on availability and confirmations Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and system updates Requirements Strong communication skills (English and Tamil required) Comfortable handling calls and support queries Basic technical understanding of mobile or web platforms Good follow-up and organizational skills
