UI/UX Designer – Product Experience & Design Systems

We are looking for a highly responsible UI/UX Designer who will take ownership of complete product experience across Web, Mobile, and Admin platforms.

You will operate in an AI-first design environment, where AI tools are used for research, wireframing assistance, UX validation, and design optimization.

You are accountable not only for visuals — but for clarity, usability, scalability, and structured design documentation.

Core Ownership

You Are Responsible For

• Product-level UX clarity
• User journey logic
• Consistent design systems
• Reducing user confusion
• Maintaining structured design documentation
• Preventing rework due to unclear UI

If users face confusion, inconsistent flows, or design misalignment with scope, it falls under your review accountability.

Design Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design complete UI systems for:
• Web applications
• Mobile apps (Android/iOS)
• Admin dashboards
• Maintain design consistency across platforms
• Develop scalable design systems
• Create component libraries
• Ensure responsive and adaptive layouts
• Define UX logic before development begins
• Provide developer-ready structured design files

UX & Product Thinking Responsibilities

• Convert raw client discussions into structured user journeys
• Identify missing flows or unclear product logic
• Suggest UX improvements proactively
• Validate edge-case user flows
• Prepare feature-wise UX breakdowns
• Ensure UI aligns with approved scope
• Support tester with UX validation

Documentation & Operational Responsibility

• Maintain proper design documentation
• Prepare design handoff notes for developers
• Maintain version control of design files
• Track approved vs changed designs
• Update designs based on scope changes
• Participate in client calls when UX clarification is required
• Maintain structured asset management

AI-Integrated Responsibilities

• Use AI tools for:
• UX research assistance
• Competitor analysis
• Wireframe suggestions
• UX copy improvement
• Layout optimization
• Use AI to validate accessibility and usability gaps
• Improve design productivity using AI responsibly

AI usage is mandatory. Manual-only workflow is not acceptable.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Figma (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Experience designing Web and Mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of responsive design
• Ability to think in structured user flows
• Strong documentation ability
• Good communication skills
• Experience using AI tools for design productivity (Mandatory)
• Candidate must be from Kerala

Good to Have

• Experience with design systems
• Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS)
• Knowledge of usability testing methods
• Experience designing SaaS or dashboard platforms
