Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience: 13 years of experience in FMCG / retail sales is preferred.

  • Local Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the local market and

retail network.

  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned

territory.

  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile applications for order

booking and reporting.

  • Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in the local language

and ability to interact with retailers and distributors.

  • Two-Wheeler: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Maintain daily reporting, escalate market or app-related issues promptly,

and ensure all orders and billing are processed through the Parry Connect

App.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily outlet coverage (Minimum 40 calls)
  • Productivity ratio (Minimum 50%)
  • Daily billing achievement
  • Placement of value-added products
  • POP visibility in outlets
  • Timely order submission and fulfilment
