Role & responsibilities
Experience: 13 years of experience in FMCG / retail sales is preferred.
- Local Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the local market and
retail network.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned
territory.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile applications for order
booking and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in the local language
and ability to interact with retailers and distributors.
- Two-Wheeler: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Maintain daily reporting, escalate market or app-related issues promptly,
and ensure all orders and billing are processed through the Parry Connect
App.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outlet coverage (Minimum 40 calls)
- Productivity ratio (Minimum 50%)
- Daily billing achievement
- Placement of value-added products
- POP visibility in outlets
- Timely order submission and fulfilment
