This role involves engaging with users, resolving basic issues, and following up on availability and participation.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and existing users

• Handle basic customer support and resolve common issues
• Coordinate with users on availability and confirmations
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and system updates Requirements - Strong communication skills (English and Tamil required)
• Comfortable handling calls and support queries
• Basic technical understanding of mobile or web platforms
• Good follow-up and organizational skills
