Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Sales & Support Representative to handle outbound calls, customer support, and coordination activities. This role involves engaging with users, resolving basic issues, and following up on availability and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and existing users
• Handle basic customer support and resolve common issues
• Coordinate with users on availability and confirmations
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and system updates

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English and Tamil required)
• Comfortable handling calls and support queries
• Basic technical understanding of mobile or web platforms
• Good follow-up and organizational skills
