Compensation: ₹25,000/month (80% Fixed + 20% Variable)

Job Role: Medical Representative (MR) – Bokaro

About the Work

GrowthJockey is working with Health Plus Hospital, Bokaro, to launch special VIP Health

Cards (Silver, Gold).

These cards help patients save money on:

• Doctor visits (OPD)
• Tests (diagnostics)
• Hospital rooms

Your job is to go to medical shops and wholesalers and sell these cards.

Your Main Work

1. Daily Market Visit

• Visit wholesalers and pharmacies in Bokaro and nearby areas every day
• Explain clearly how the Health Card helps patients save money
• Build good relationships with shop owners so they trust you and sell the cards

2. Sell & Activate Cards

• Sell Health Cards every month and complete your targets
• Tell shopkeepers how they can earn ₹100 to ₹750+ per card
• Help shops:

-Get the cards delivered

-Activate cards using mobile (simple process)

• Reporting & Feedback
• Keep a daily record of:

-Shops visited

-Cards sold

• Share feedback from dealers and shops
• Check what competitors are doing in the market
• Make sure posters and flyers are properly displayed in shops

Who Can Apply?

Must Have

• Good communication in Hindi (simple talking is enough)
• Know Bokaro city and the nearby areas well
• Own bike/scooter + driving license
• Know basic smartphone use (WhatsApp, etc.)

Good to Have (Not Compulsory)

• Experience as a Medical Representative or a sales job
• Contacts with wholesalers or medical shops

Salary & Benefits

• Total Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Fixed: ₹20,000
• Incentive: ₹5,000 (based on performance)
