Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics department, your primary responsibility will be to identify business needs and develop analytical tools and methods to address them. You will also be involved in developing test strategies and ensuring successful delivery of specific business requests related to Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize business requirements through thorough information gathering and analysis, clarifying solutions, initiatives, and programs for effective delivery.
- Monitor and incorporate emerging technology trends for structured data gathering to identify new products, services, and techniques.
- Specify and create data structures, design data flow, and develop mechanisms for data maintenance, storage, and retrieval based on business needs.
- Establish guidelines, processes, and norms for data handling at different stages of its lifecycle, provide advice on proper data management, and resolve data breaches.
- Design solution blueprints to guide tech solution development to meet current and future business needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by aligning them with organizational requirements and objectives.
- Develop test strategies and procedures to verify that solutions meet design specifications, performance, load, and volume requirements.
- Identify and evaluate digitization and innovative business opportunities in data & analytics to create new services or bridge physical and digital worlds.
- Apply analytical tools and computational methods to enable systems to learn, improve, adapt, and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualification Required:
- Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
- Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
