Role Description The Retail Associate role is a full-time, exhibitions oriented on-site position. This role involves traveling in the exhibition team to various cities, be a part of exhibition setups, installations, selling and then packaging the goods back. During the exhibitions, it is expected to meet the customers warmly and assist in their shopping needs with a memorable experience.

The Retail Associate will handle billing, packaging, and order processing, as well as support transits. During non-exhibition days, reporting will be in Pune city location at retail store for related works.

Qualifications

Candidates should be willing to travel 6 - 15 days in a month across various cities. Travel, stay and food arrangements are taken care of by the company
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Experience.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer-focused Service and clear, professional Communication.
Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills and attention to detail in handling stock and displays.
Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per requirements.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
