Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for the position of Inside Sales Agent – B
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential users, architects, designers, and leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Clearly explain and pitch Agent B’s AI-driven solutions and subscription plans
- Qualify leads based on requirement, interest level, and conversion potential
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales/design team
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to move leads across the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate updates of calls, leads, and status in CRM on a real-time basis
- Drive lead-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratios
- Contribute directly to subscription sales and revenue generation
- Achieve daily call targets, weekly conversion goals, and monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with the sales and onboarding team for smooth client handover and closure
Requirement
Prior experience in Software Sales / SaaS Sales / IT Sales preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and pitch solutions effectively
Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
Comfortable handling inbound leads and converting them into sales
Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
