Role Overview:
As the Marketing Brand Leader at HAVI, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the Global Planning and Analytics brand within the supply chain services and solutions landscape. Your responsibilities will include defining brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and driving integrated marketing initiatives to communicate the company's value across global supply chain ecosystems and customers. The ideal candidate for this hybrid role, based in Chicago, IL, will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, an understanding of complex B2B service environments, and the ability to translate capabilities into compelling brand stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the brand strategy to differentiate services and solutions in a competitive market.
- Lead the creation of messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the platforms value, innovation, and impact on customer operations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, product, and customer-facing touchpoints.
- Build and execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and thought leadership.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging with product capabilities and customer needs.
- Oversee campaign development, including creative direction, content strategy, and channel mix (digital, events, social, PR, and partner marketing).
- Leverage market research and advanced analytics to inform brand decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market perception.
- Serve as the brand steward across the organization, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on brand, content, and creative excellence.

Qualifications Required:

- 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership.
