Job Description
As a Senior Manager Product Marketing at HCLTech, your role involves leading the gotomarket strategy, messaging & positioning, and market activation for HCLTech's AI Factory. AI Factory is a fullstack AI capability that empowers enterprises to design, build, and run AI solutions across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own product (and solutions) marketing for AI Factory, translating complex engineering, cloud, and data center capabilities into differentiated market narratives.
- Develop and evolve AI Factory positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned to enterprise AI scale, reliability, and operations.
- Drive daytoday interlock with AI Factory business leaders and product management teams to align roadmap, differentiation, and GTM priorities.
- Work closely with partners and alliances to support joint positioning and GTM motions.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for AI Factory capabilities, including launches, events, service evolution, and market expansions.
- Partner closely with the Analyst Relations team to drive analyst briefings, inquiries, papers, and showcase reports.
- Drive integrated campaigns across internal enablement and external market activation, ensuring consistent AI Factory storytelling.
- Own core GTM assets such as messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, case studies, and executivelevel presentations.
- Track trends across cloud platforms, data center infrastructure, managed services, and AI ecosystems to sharpen AI Factory differentiation.
- Define success metrics for GTM and marketing initiatives and track impact on pipeline influence, adoption, and market traction.
- *Qualifications & Experience:**
- 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within IT services, enterprise software, or cloudcentric organizations.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data center services, and enterprise IT operations.
- Proven experience in owning GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for complex enterprise technology solutions.
- Handson experience working with product management, business leaders, partners/alliances, and analyst relations teams.
- Exposure to ABM strategies is a good to have.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholderinfluencing skills.
- Comfortable operating in fastmoving, matrixed environments with multiple crossfunctional dependencies.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
