We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Design, build, and automate large-scale data networks focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop tools and automate manual tasks using programming languages like Python and DevOps tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, performing deep dives into hardware and protocols.
  • Monitor and tune network performance, evaluating new technologies for system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with system designers and developers to create engineering documentation.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
  • US Citizen with an active Secret clearance, capable of obtaining a TS clearance.
  • Experience in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment.
  • Familiarity with IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Experience with Linux systems and Python or Bash scripting.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
