We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Guide Agile development efforts towards successful project delivery for a critical program.
Mentor, coach, and direct a team of senior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Oversee technical aspects of program execution, including PI Planning, technical grooming, and architecture definition.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment cycles.
Communicate development progress and program status to government customers.
Remain hands-on with development, contributing as a senior developer when needed.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development technologies including Java, Springboot, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, EKS), CI/CD practices, and DevOps frameworks.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders.
