Your new role

• Lead full cycle recruitment across field, technical, and corporate roles.
• Actively headhunt and travel to project sites, events, and key markets to source top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and teach effective interviewing and hiring best practices.
• Play a key role in building, strengthening, and supporting our company culture as we scale.
• Support onboarding, engagement initiatives, and People & Culture programs that enhance the employee experience.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and community partnerships to grow our employer brand.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in construction, trades, or related industries.
• Confidence in headhunting, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• A passion for culture, people, and helping teams grow.
